The Bright, Color tool allows the user to perform basic photo retouching, such as adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, gamma-highlighting using curves. Also, you can return to any of the editing steps by pressing the "Ctrl + z" key to return "Ctrl + y" or the preset buttons on the "Undo" panel "Redo". These tools will make your photos more attractive and beautiful. Change the resolution of the image, rotate it to either side or simply display it. The "home" parameter offers a lot of frames that you can apply to your photos, adjust the contrast, shadows, saturation, adjust the effects, and do everything automatically or manually. PhotoScape photo editing allows you to work with power tools, for example, home, objects, tools, crop, auto level, sharpen, film effect, filter, undo, redo, and undo all, at the bottom of the window. Edit the elements of the picture as you need. Therefore, many photographers prefer to work in PhotoScape.įirst, you open the "Editor" tab. So, I tested the essential tools of PhotoScape, and that's what I found. ![]() The PhotoScape initially was made for photo editing, despite all its functions, so this should be the primary task of the photo Editor. You can easily cope with any task for editing images and making color correction. Several interesting functions are depicted in a circle. These unique tabs will make incredible transformations with any image. The program has many tabs on the main screen. The first advantage of PhotoScape free downloading is the interface. These basic photo editing functions are available too: red-eye removal, adding frames, text, and filters, using a brush, stamp, mosaic mode. PhotoScape for MACs can resize pictures, brightness, color settings and white balance. It is so essential, I would easily asign the SPACEBAR for it, that way, we won't need to take our eyes off the screen, to search for it on the keyboard. It can also compete with feature-rich image comparison software. It's really, VERY counterproductive, to use the mouse, to look for that small button, every time you need to compare your edits. It's actually very surprising, that it doesn't have it already and no option is available to add it, considering it's probably the most pushed button in the app for comparing before and after edits. You'll hardly need any another app, for these purposes.įeature that's really missing, and quite annoying, that many other apps have, is a keyboard shortcut for the "Compare" option. The free version, has many features that cover 99% of features needed, to edit, correct, and customize, to get really beautiful photos. I start most of edits with it, rarely with others. To give you an idea, I'm doing 90% of all edits, with it, then sometimes use features from the others, for final touches. since then, I added a couple more editors, from the App Store, and PhotoScape X, is still my favorite editor. ![]() I want to say a BIG thank you, to the developers for listening, and adding the "Compare" Spacebar shortcut - THANK YOU for listening, this makes our workflow convenient, much better and faster!īeen using it for at least a year.
